Tankfill

Weighing Filling Unit

Tankfill

The Tankfill is a weighing filling system developed by PLC & Process, specially designed for the packaging of CO2, N2O, as well as cryogenic liquids. It is adapted to the requirements of the industrial, food, and medical sectors. This versatile system allows filling a wide variety of containers, ranging from cylinders (standard and small formats) to bundles and dewars.

Capacities & Methods

  • Filling stations: Supports up to 4 simultaneous filling stations (4 independent scales).
  • Packaging types: Single gas filling or mixture preparation.
  • Control methods: Classic weighing or Mass flowmeter (note: scale remains required for container tare verification).
  • Scale acquisition: Communication with PLC via 4-20mA, Ethernet/IP, etc.

Safety & Control

  • Disconnection safety: Main line pressure sensor indicates to the operator the exact moment hose disconnection can be safely performed.
  • Vacuum control: Absolute pressure sensor (4/20mA) for static vacuum control during the process.
  • Valves: Ability to integrate low or high flow valves, as well as control valves according to installation needs.

Fluid Management & Recipes

  • Station configuration: The system is highly customizable. Each filling station can independently control gas 1, gas 2, purge, rinse, and vacuum valves.
  • Recipe management: Wide range of built-in standard parameters. Filling recipes are predefined in the system.
  • Custom: Contact us for any special requests or specific cycles.
