What is the fonction of E-Connect ?
Full filling plant traceability
Full traceability is available in the system, including a history feature to track changes and identify the responsible party.
Utilisation statistics
You can view past months’ data, such as pump running time, pump waiting time, and estimated product usage in liters.
Production synchronisation
Production management for multiple systems starting. E-Connect activates and runs pumps for system requests.
RFID Access
Optional :
No longer necessary to input your password for authentication or system access! Our system now offers the option to integrate an additional RFID reader for both low and high frequencies. (RFID is optionnal)
Local FTP
Utilizing its local FTP storage, you can easily retrieve all your data via a local area network connection. This grants you access to all the weekly reports for the entire filling plant.
HDMI Output
The HDMI and USB outputs allow for the connection of a screen and keyboard. With E-Connect, it is possible to display content in various locations, including on a video projector.
Printer
To print medical or food reports after filling, industrial printers can be linked to the E-Connect. The printer should be connected to the PLC Lan using a fixed IP address.
