Water pressure test
During hydrostatic testing, the cylinder is filled with water and put into a high-pressure chamber filled with water. The water pressure inside the cylinder is raised to 150% of the maximum working pressure, resulting in a slight expansion of the cylinder.
RFID Access
Optional :
No longer necessary to input your password for authentication or system access! Our system now offers the option to integrate an additional RFID reader for both low and high frequencies.
SQL Database
Utilizing its SQL database, you can easily retrieve all your data via a local area network connection. This grants you access to all the proofs repport provided by our system.
HDMI Output
The HDMI and USB outputs allow for the connection of a screen and keyboard. Use the cylinders proof’s system on every screen you want to.
Printer
To print medical and food reports after filling or labels for cylinders, industrial printers can be linked to the cylinders proof’s system. The printer should be connected to the PLC Lan using a fixed IP address.
