At this moment, we are equipped to not only refill customer cylinders but also conduct a complimentary analysis of the remaining gas. You need a gas mixture of 70% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, and 10% carbon dioxide at either 200 bar or 2900 psi, and your customer bring you a cylinder with a mix of 50% nitrogen, 25% oxygen, and 25% carbon dioxide at 10 bar or 145 psi, we have the capability to perform a Top-Fill procedure!

Rest assured that our light column will keep you informed about the status of your system at all times. Each step is clearly indicated. It’s also allowing you to track the column level as it increases by 10% on the filling step.
Certainly, Mixfill can be easily linked to E-Connect. It will effectively oversee the priority of various stages throughout the filling plant. Furthermore, you will have the capability to access trends and data via E-Connect.
To print medical or food reports after filling, industrial printers can be linked to the Mixfill. The printer should be connected to the PLC Lan using a fixed IP address.
