Rémy Egea is our boss. He founded PLC & Process in 2001 but was CEO of his first company Elintec in 1988.

He is touching at everything in the company as he is initially a technician who became a manager with the years. 

He developped all of our products and he as more than 25 years of knowledge in the industry.

Our customers love to discuss and work with him as they learn a lot from him and he learns a lot from them. That is how we improve our products and our company.

His knowledge is priceless ! 

Today, he is managing a team of 4 people in PLC & Process.

He created a company and added his familly into it. 

Next objectives for Rémy are to continue to develop the company and share his knowledge with younger people like Alexis or Gérald, his sons, who are employees of the company but want help to develop even more. 

He is Rémy’s youngest son, 18 years old, and he has been involved and interested in the technical part of the company since his early days.

He is studying new technologies, electronics, electrotechnics and robotic in university. In parallel of classes, he is working with us to learn with Rémy and absorb all the knowledge required. 

Alexis is interested in the company and is always trying to find new solutions and idea to please customers. 

Alexis is the future of PLC & Process. He is learning as much as he can to maybe, one day, become manager and continue his father’s work. 

So you will maybe meet him soon on some installations as a future technical manager 

He is now studing beside of is Remy and already work for Plc Process on full time

She is the person acting behind the curtains. If you contact us for a project, she will look at all the products and make propositions for you. She is managing all the administrative part of our company, maybe the hardest job nowadays.

Invoices, payroll, Human Resources, customer service, she is the one you will be dealing with when you are doing business with us.

Sandrine has been in PLC & Process since its start in 2001 and even before in Elintec with Rémy.

During all these years, she has become a master in all administrative subjects. She is a really strong asset for the company. Her last achievement is a proof of her talent.

Exporting is in the center of our business working worldwide and by mastering this subject, Sandrine gave the opportunity to the company to be certified AEO.

This agreement will help us to export easier than ever and you to recieve our product even faster with less paperwork.

Edwin is our technician, but not a classic technician for a french company. Indeed he is Colombian ! 

Looking for a job to live in France and having basic studies in computers, that's without hesitations that Rémy Egea hired him to teach him our knowledge and train him to the standards of PLC & Process. 

Today, he's specialized in creating and adapting our screens' softwares for all of our applications.

He is mastering his subject ! 

In the future, he will continue to develop his knowledge to do more and more for the company.

Having Edwin is a very good asset for the company as he is trained according to our standards. His knowledge of the South American continent is valuable as well as his Spanish !
